Rima Freiji is the Chairwoman of Tanmia, Agricultural Development Company in Lebanon and a member of the Board and Chief Corporate Governance Officer of Wadi Holdings SAE in Egypt.

Tanmia is a leading integrated poultry farming and processing operation known to offer a variety of healthy and innovative chicken and chicken based
products. Wadi Group consists of several agricultural, poultry breeding, food manufacturing and industrial businesses in Egypt and Sudan.

Apart from General Managerial and Board membership roles, Rima leads performance optimization, top team leadership development, corporate & family governance, and restructuring initiatives across the Group.

Rima holds a Masters Degree in International Economics & Management and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Rima has three children, is a Board Member at the Syndicate of Lebanese Food Industrialists, and the Lebanese Poultry Syndicate. She is a member of the Lebanon YPO Chapter, Aspen Global Leadership Network, Family Business Network, Association of Lebanese Industrialists, and the Lebanese Business Leaders Association.
