Roula Zahar is currently the Deputy General Director and founding board member of Mount Lebanon Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Lebanon.

Roula is also a board member at Liban Jus, a prominent F&B industrial group, with brands such as Maccaw, Danway Iceberg, La Bergere, UNO…

Roula also leads Information technology, quality management, finance, corporate, and family governance projects in her family’s businesses.

Roula holds a BA in Economics from AUB and MBA in Healthcare management, she has a degree in mediation from St Joseph University and was selected as the Emerging Leader by the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) for 2016.

Roula is married with three children, is the President of the Lebanese Society for Quality and Safety in Healthcare, a board member at RDCL business leaders association of Lebanon, a Board Member at the Syndicate of private Hospitals. She is an Unconditional lover of Lebanon and a believer in the Lebanese people’s potential.
